There are 11 first team recipients, 16 second team honorees, four third team selections, and ten honorable mention distinctions. Daley College by a 3-0 final to claim their third consecutive Region 4 Division I Men's Soccer Tournament championship. The Falcons, who did not allow a goal in the tournament, advanced to the NJCAA Midwest District Tournament. Head coach Maciej Orlowski received his third straight Region 4 Coach of the Year award.</description>

The Wolves defeated UW-Whitewater at Rock County by a 10-2 final to successfully defend their crown as Region 4 Division III Men's Soccer Tournament champions. Head coach Cris Trillo was awarded the Region 4 Coach of the Year.</description>

As the only remaining Division III team left in Region 4, the Wolves played a "Region Championship", also classified as a Sub-District Championship Game, on October 26 and defeated Owens Community College (OH) from Region 12 by a 3-1 final. A week later, JJC dispensed of Region 13 winner Riverland Community College (MN) with a 4-1 decision to claim the NJCAA Midwest District Championship.</description>

The team also has 11 second-generation players on the team, several who are the first members of their families to attend college. On Saturday, October 21, second-seeded Harper College got past top-seeded and host Joliet Junor College 5-4 in PK's after finishing 1-1 through two overtimes. Sophomore Ramon Orozco was named Region 4 Tournament Most Valuable Player and first year coach Vlad Gacanovic earned Region 4 Coach of the Year.</description>

The rematch of the Region 4 Championship was decided by freshman Josh Matiscik's game-winning goal to send the 11th-seeded Pioneers past the fourth-seeded Panthers.</description>

In the end, it was all Hawks as Malcolm X College blew past the Statesmen 12-0 to claim their first Region 4 championship. Sophomore Eduardo Aguilera-Guillen was named Region 4 Tournament Most Valuable Player, with coach Jesse Rosen receiving Region 4 Coach of the Year honors.</description>
